This Lee Factory Crimp Die fits the 7mm Remington Magnum and the 7x64 Brenneke. It is used as a separate step after the bullet is seated and holds the bullet securely in the case neck, helping produce a more uniform pressure curve and less velocity variation. It also works on bullets that have no crimp groove, which is useful when loading for magazine-fed hunting rifles.
