The Lee Carbide Factory Crimp Die for the 9mm Makarov crimps and sizes the finished round in one operation, so each cartridge chambers freely. It applies a taper crimp, and an adjusting screw makes it quick to set the amount of crimp. Because the carbide ring does the sizing, no case lubricant is needed. Case trim length is not critical with this die, which saves time at the bench.
