This Lee set includes small and large primer pocket gauges for checking that your brass meets SAAMI primer pocket specifications. Push the GO end into the pocket; if it won't enter, the crimp needs removing, which can be done with a Lee Ram Swage or APP Swage. If the GO end is a very loose fit, turn the gauge round and try the NO-GO end. Should the NO-GO end reach the bottom of the pocket, the pocket is oversized and will not hold all primers reliably.
