The Lee Undersized Mandrel .239 is a replacement mandrel for the Lee collet die, made .002 in undersize for .243 Winchester and 6mm Remington. As supplied from the factory, a collet die sizes the neck to hold the bullet with a light press fit in cases of average hardness. If you would prefer a firmer grip on the bullet, fitting this undersized mandrel gives a tighter neck tension. A simple way to tune a collet die setup to your own loads. Single mandrel.
