- Dual-function design combines gutting blade and cleaning spoon in one tool
The Mora Gutting and Cleaning Knife offers a longer, more versatile blade for fish gutting, combined with the integrated spoon feature on the handle end. The 118 mm semi-flex stainless steel blade is long enough to run from tail to gill in a single stroke on medium to large fish, making the gutting stroke fast and efficient. The semi-flex profile gives the blade enough give to follow the contours of the body cavity, reducing the risk of organ puncture while still providing the control needed for a clean cut. Once the fish is opened, the spoon built into the handle end is used to remove the kidney line and bloodline from the backbone — a task that is quicker and more thorough with a purpose-made tool than with a finger. The black polypropylene handle is shaped to seat comfortably in the palm and remains secure with wet or fish-slicked hands. A practical, dual-function tool for anglers who want to process fish efficiently at the waterside.
