The Muddy Remote Beacon Illuminator is a simple, effective way to find your tree stand or ground blind in the dark without fumbling around with a torch. A multidirectional green LED unit clips or straps to your stand, and a small handheld remote lets you switch it on from up to 300 yards away as you approach through the woods. The green light is easy to pick out at a distance but far less disruptive to your night vision and to nearby game than a white torch beam, and it also illuminates the climbing steps of a ladder or fixed stand so you can get up and down safely in low light. The main unit runs on four AA batteries and the remote on a single CR2032 button cell, both supplied, so it is ready to use straight out of the box. A practical bit of kit for early starts and late finishes, whether you are heading out before first light or making your way back after dusk.
