The NANUK 923 is a mid-size waterproof hard case built to carry valuable equipment safely — optics, thermal units, cameras, drones, laptops or tools — whether that is in the back of a vehicle, on a hill or in an aircraft hold. Interior dimensions are 422 x 287 x 137mm giving 16.7 litres, with an external footprint of 472 x 366 x 161mm and an empty weight of 2.7kg thanks to the impact-resistant NK-7 resin shell. NANUK list it as small enough to carry on to an aircraft. The case is rated IP67 — fully waterproof and dustproof — and carries an automatic pressure release valve so it never seals shut under changes in altitude or temperature, along with a working range of -29°C to 60°C. Two TSA-approved PowerClaw latches with integrated slide locks secure the lid, and reinforced padlock eyelets take a 7.62mm shackle.
