The Napier Pistol Rod .22 is a cleaning rod sized for .22 calibre pistols and revolvers, from Napier of London's gun care range. Napier's wider rod range - covering rifle and shotgun rods - is made in England from brass sections with a one-piece turned anodised aluminium handle, and this pistol rod sits within that same family of products, so you can expect construction in keeping with the rest of Napier's rod line-up. We could not independently verify the exact materials and finish used on this specific pistol rod, as Napier does not currently list it as a standalone product on their site, so treat any construction detail as indicative rather than confirmed. What is certain is its purpose: a rod-based cleaning tool for pushing patches, mops or brushes through a .22 pistol or revolver barrel without risking damage to the bore. It is a straightforward, no-nonsense piece of kit for anyone wanting to keep a .22 pistol shooting cleanly between range sessions, and it pairs naturally with Napier's other cleaning materials, oils and patches. Note that this rod is currently held as a legacy line at BushWear; contact us to check availability before ordering.
