Nosler Custom Competition bullets are component projectiles for handloaders, not loaded ammunition, supplied as a box of 250 ready for reloading. This is the 6.5mm option, measuring 0.264in in diameter and weighing 140 grains, built around a highly concentric jacket and a precise lead-alloy core for the match-grade consistency that target and competition shooters rely on. The hollow-point boat-tail design pairs a small meplat, which trims drag and improves aerodynamic efficiency downrange, with a tapered boat tail that steadies the bullet across a wide spread of velocities. Each bullet is hand inspected, giving you the accuracy of a premium match projectile without the price tag that usually comes with it. With a stated G1 ballistic coefficient of 0.529, a sectional density of 0.287 and an overall length of 1.307in, it is a strong choice for popular 6.5mm cartridges such as the 6.5 Creedmoor, 6.5x55 and 260 Remington. The bullets are non-coated and have no cannelure, leaving seating depth entirely in your hands at the loading bench.
