The Sierra MatchKing 6.5mm (.264 calibre) 120 grain HPBT is a match-grade reloading component bullet, supplied here in a bulk box of 500 for handloaders — this is not loaded ammunition. Built with Sierra's thin, tightly toleranced jackets and a small meplat hollow point boat tail design, it is engineered for a high ballistic coefficient and consistent weight retention, giving low sensitivity to crosswinds and stable long-range flight. Sierra designed the 120 grain 6.5mm MatchKing for medium-capacity 6.5mm cartridges used in BenchRest and HighPower competition shooting out to 600 yards, and it has also proved itself on the silhouette range in handguns.
