The Timberland Pro Splitrock XT is a composite-toe safety work boot built for the job site, not the show room. The upper is premium leather sourced from a tannery rated silver for sustainability, paired with a composite safety toe cap powered by Timberland's CarbonShield technology — lightweight, non-metallic, and built to meet ASTM F2413 impact and compression requirements. A non-metallic puncture-resistant plate sits under the foot, and a waterproof membrane keeps water out in wet trades. Inside, ReBOTL fabric lining made with at least 40 percent recycled plastic wicks moisture and carries an antimicrobial treatment to control odour, while Timberland's Anti-Fatigue footbed absorbs shock and returns energy through a full shift on hard standing. The outsole is an all-weather TPU compound, resistant to oil, slip and abrasion and rated SRO, with a non-marking finish that won't leave scuffs on site or on indoor flooring.
