To make sausages, the mincer's cutting knife and mincing plate are swapped out for a stuffing nozzle, and the minced, seasoned meat is pushed through it to fill sausage casings — the mincer is supplied with more than one nozzle size so you can make anything from thinner chipolata-style sausages to thicker, Cumberland-style ones.
