The Vorn DLS Setup #7 – The Workhorse combines the Vorn DLF carrying frame with the LS load shelf and GS6 strap set, built specifically for heavy, awkward loads that don't belong inside a bag. The padded LS shelf mounts to the frame's stays and gives you a flat, webbing-laddered platform to lash a boned-out carcass, a can of fuel or any other bulky item straight to the frame, using the six webbing straps and hook buckles of the GS6 set to cinch it down securely. The DLF frame carries the load on padded, mesh-lined shoulder straps and a wide MOLLE hip belt, keeping the weight close and manageable even with the shelf fully loaded. Despite what it's built to carry, the whole setup weighs only 1.40kg. As part of Vorn's modular Deer Load System, the frame also takes the 50-litre B50 or 20-litre B20 bag fitted to the outside of the load shelf, adding enclosed capacity alongside the open external load.
