The Vortex Razor HD Gen II-E 1-6x24 JM-1 BDC MOA is a low-power variable riflescope built for fast, close-to-mid-range work rather than long-range precision shooting — driven and moving quarry, stalking in thick cover, or dangerous-game and 3-gun style applications where speed counts more than pinpoint ranging. Nearly a quarter of a pound lighter than the original Razor HD Gen II 1-6x24, the Enhanced "E" model sits on a 30mm aircraft-grade aluminium tube for quicker transitions between targets and less arm fatigue over a long day. True 1x magnification on the low end pairs with a forgiving eyebox and generous 4-inch eye relief for a heads-up-display-style sight picture, while the daylight-bright illuminated centre dot in the Vortex-exclusive JM-1 BDC reticle — developed with input from competitive shooter, instructor and gunsmith Jerry Miculek — gives red-dot-style speed for shots from point-blank range out to 600 yards. Fully multi-coated XR Plus HD lenses and ArmorTek coatings keep the image bright and the exterior glass scratch-resistant, and the shockproof housing shrugs off hard recoil. Low-profile capped turrets click in 1/2 MOA graduations with 50 MOA of travel per rotation, so zero stays secure between outings.
