The Vortex Strike Eagle 3-18x44 FFP EBR-7C is a first focal plane riflescope built for carbines and DMR rifles working mid- to long-range. Its illuminated EBR-7C MRAD reticle scales with magnification, so subtensions for holdover, ranging and windage stay true from 3x through to 18x. XD extra-low dispersion glass and fully multi-coated lenses give increased resolution, colour fidelity and light transmission, while the glass-etched reticle sits protected between two layers of glass for durability. A 34mm single-piece tube provides 45 MRAD of elevation and 18 MRAD of windage travel, in 0.1 MRAD clicks with 10 MRAD per turret rotation, and the exposed elevation / capped windage turret layout suits fast field adjustments. Vortex's RevStop Zero System gives a toolless, repeatable return to zero. The aircraft-grade aluminium body wears a low-glare matte black anodised finish and a scratch-resistant ArmorTek coating, and is nitrogen-purged for waterproof, fogproof and shockproof performance. A fast-focus eyepiece and included throw lever make quick reticle focus and magnification changes straightforward.
