Woolpower's Long Johns with Fly 200 are a circular-knitted merino wool base layer for men, made from the brand's own Ullfrotté Original 200 fabric — a blend of 60% merino wool, 25% polyester, 13% polyamide and 2% elastane first developed in the 1970s. Because the fabric is knitted in the round rather than sewn from flat panels, there are no lengthwise seams running down the leg to rub or chafe during movement. On the inside, a terry-loop knit traps air for effective insulation while continuing to wick moisture away from the skin, so the long johns stay warm even when damp. A gusset in the back gives freedom of movement without ever feeling tight, and knitted-in cuffs and waistband keep everything securely in place. The practical fly adds everyday convenience that a no-fly version doesn't offer. Ullfrotté 200 is Woolpower's most versatile weight, equally at home worn next to the skin as a stand-alone base layer or as an insulating second layer under other clothing, making it a solid choice for stalking, hunting and other outdoor work across most of the year.
