Which Parcours
All three share the tri-density rubber sole and the shock-absorbing heel cushion that the Parcours has been built around since 2012 — the reason it is sold as an anti-fatigue boot and the reason it suits a long day on foot rather than standing at a peg.
- Parcours 2 — the standard boot. Fitted ankle, quick-drying polyamide lining, Gomma Plus natural rubber upper.
- Parcours 2 Vario — the same boot with adjustable tabs and gussets, so it closes down on a slim calf or opens out on a broad one. The one to pick if wellingtons normally gape or pinch.
- Parcours 2 ISO — lined with 4.5mm neoprene and rated to insulate down to -20°C. Winter flighting and standing still; too warm for walking in September.
Leather
The Altavio GTX and the Laforse are waterproof leather walking boots for ground where a welly is more than you need. Aigle Swipol care spray is on this page for the rubber.
