The Optilock 1" Medium rings (S1300961) are the genuine factory scope mounting rings for Sako and Tikka rifles, precision machined from solid steel and finished in a traditional blue. Built to engage precisely with the integral tapered dovetail rails on Sako and Tikka receivers, they offer the close, accurate fit that makes these rings the preferred choice for owners of these Finnish rifles. The medium height profile provides a little extra clearance over low rings, making them better suited to scopes with larger objective lenses where the tube needs to sit higher above the barrel. A patented spherical fastening ring aids accurate alignment when fitting the scope, and a protective nylon sleeve around the ring cap prevents the scope body being scratched during mounting.
