Quality and efficient service, rapid delivery and good selection of sizes

Two faulty pairs and bad service

Returned the first pair as the fold of material on the inside of the zip was far too big on one side and caught on my ankle (other boot didn’t look like this so was just inconsistent manufacturing).

Replacement pair arrived after posting back the originals and these have a split in the rubber at the top of the zip where it was never stitched or glued. This will end up splitting around the entire top of the boot and the zip gets stuck when zipped up.

Emailed Bushwear the same day they arrived requesting another return label and replacement. No reply 4 days later, although I did get an email asking for a review!

Seems quality control is exceptionally poor these days. A real shame as a loyal Chameau wearer for over 16 years.
