Painful!!

I’m so disappointed that I saved so hard to get these wellies and they have rubbed my heels raw, even with plasters. I’ve purchased my usual size and have never had an issue with this before but I just don’t think I can wear these as I’m in them all day.

wrong size delivered

I bought an item for a gift
it stated 2 day delivery after 2 days I hadn't heard anything and enquired and told delivery could be a week. When they arrived they were the wrong size. I had to go through the palava of sending them back before I could receive this item. I tracked delivery and had no notification They had received litem so again chased this up and informed it was in hand and may have to wait up to a week for delivery. I work full time haven't had a sincere apology or The gift I needed for a special birthday.
