The Lee Universal Shell Holder R19 (SKU 90004) is a hardened steel shell holder machined to close tolerances for use in most brands of reloading press. Size #19 covers 9mm Luger, 38 ACP, 38 Super, 40 S&W, 10mm Auto, 41 Action Express and similarly dimensioned pistol cases, making it a practical choice for handloaders working across multiple calibres on the same press. Lee Universal shell holders fit the standard 7/8"-14 threaded ram found on the vast majority of single-stage, turret and progressive presses, so there are no compatibility surprises at the bench. Note that this is a press shell holder — it is not compatible with the Lee Auto Prime hand tool or Lee Priming Tools, which require a separate priming-tool holder. For home-bench handloading of common pistol calibres, the R19 is a solid, low-cost addition to any reloading kit.
