The Lee Perfect Powder Measure is a bench-mounted powder thrower for handloading metallic cartridges, best suited to rifle cases but equally happy with pistol charges. Instead of slicing through the powder column, a soft elastomer wiper strikes off the metering chamber, so kernels are pushed aside rather than cut. The result is a smooth rotor action and consistent charges from 2 grains up to over 70 grains, covering everything from light varmint loads to full-house stalking rounds. Charge volume is set with a micrometer adjuster that reads directly in cubic centimetres, so you simply multiply the grains by the powder's volume-per-grain figure and dial in the setting. An O-ring locks that adjustment and removes end play, while the self-lubricating nylon drum runs against the body at near-zero clearance and will not bind or wear. Built from nylon and aluminium, it bolts to your bench or loading stand and works with the Lee Universal Charging Die on a Load Master press. The measure now ships with a powder bottle adapter so you can dispense straight from the manufacturer's container.
