Decapping pins are consumable parts in any reloading die setup — they can bend or snap when striking a stubborn or crimped primer pocket, and having a supply of replacements to hand avoids a frustrating halt to a reloading session. These RCBS Spare Decapping Pins (Headed) come in a pack of five and are the correct factory replacement for a wide range of RCBS dies. The headed design provides a positive retention point in the decapping assembly, seating securely in the die body. Compatible dies include RCBS Reloader Special Dies, RCBS Cowboy Dies, and the majority of RCBS Precision Dies — the exceptions are 6mm PPC, 7mm TCU, 35 Whelen, .357 Sig, 358 Winchester/356 Winchester and 416 Remington Magnum, all of which use a different pin specification. Using genuine RCBS replacement pins ensures consistent alignment and proper fit, keeping sizing and depriming performance at the standard set when the dies left the factory.
