Broken bottle - zero communication

The order arrived quickly but there was no protective packaging around the bottle which is thin plastic, so unsurprisingly it had broken in transit. Essentially I received a plastic bag with some fluid in, a broken bottle and a couple of saturated catalogues.
I emailed the company twice and both emails have been ignored.
Based off this I cannot recommend the company or product.
