BushWear Burger Discs are waxed, greaseproof separator papers designed for home butchers and wild-game processors making their own burger patties. Each disc measures approximately 5 inches in diameter, making them a natural fit for standard 5-inch burger presses as well as hand-formed patties of a similar size. The waxed surface prevents raw meat from sticking to adjacent patties, so you can stack and freeze a whole batch without them fusing together during storage. They work equally well with venison, game, lamb or beef mince. When you're ready to cook, the discs peel away cleanly from frozen or fresh patties without tearing the meat. Supplied in a pack of approximately 100 discs, they offer enough coverage for a decent processing session after a successful stalk or a day's shooting. Suitable for home freezer use and compatible with sausage rounds and other ground-meat products as well as burger patties.
