The Neo 2.0 is Hard Yakka's lightest safety boot, at 625 grammes, built around a Nano Gravity toe cap made from carbon nanofibre - up to 50% lighter than a steel cap and 40% lighter than a composite one, with no drop in protection. A durable, breathable microfibre upper keeps the boot flexible, and an internal 'Neo Tech' gaiter stops grit and debris working their way inside. A Wellmax puncture-resistant plate protects the sole, the outsole is heat-resistant to 300°C, and a memory foam and PU footbed cushions each step. A 10-gauge YKK coil zip runs up the side with double pull loops, so the boot goes on and off quickly without touching the laces. The lining is REPREVE recycled polyester made from post-consumer plastic bottles. Certified to EN ISO 20345:2011 (S1P FO HRO SRC), the Neo 2.0 is aimed at warehousing and logistics, transport, light industrial work, construction, DIY and general trades where all-day comfort matters as much as protection.
