The Chasseur is Le Chameau's flagship boot, and this version is cut specifically for women. Each pair is handcrafted from start to finish by a Le Chameau master bootmaker in the brand's own supple Chamolux natural rubber, then lined throughout with full-grain leather for comfort and durability in every season, with a leather insole underfoot. A full-length waterproof Riri AQUAzip runs up the side with a rubber strap at the top, so the boot is easy to get on and off and closes neatly around the leg. It comes in a choice of six calf fittings, from 34cm to 42cm, so you choose a shaft that suits your leg as well as your shoe size. The front is reinforced with aramid fibres against abrasion, and a shank reinforcement board with anti-fatigue arch support keeps you stable on long country walks. The dual-density, shock-absorbing Grip/Cross sole cushions each step and holds on wet grass, mud and rough tracks. Every pair is tested to make sure it is 100% waterproof.
