The Vierzonord is Le Chameau's everyday neoprene-lined boot for country life and the original rubber wellington to feature an adjustable, waterproof gusset. This women's Vierzonord Sporting version is handcrafted from start to finish by a Le Chameau master bootmaker in the brand's own supple Chamolux natural rubber, and every pair is tested to make sure it is 100% waterproof. A 3mm neoprene lining gives good insulation in cold weather, and the waterproof gusset with its adjustable tightening strap lets you set the fit around the calf, over jeans, leggings or a thick sock. Underfoot, a dual-density, shock-absorbing Grip/Cross sole cushions each step and grips on wet grass, mud and rough tracks, while a shank reinforcement board and anti-fatigue arch support keep you comfortable through a long day in the field. Neoprene insulates well but is not breathable, so in warm weather or on long, active days your feet may perspire; dry the lining thoroughly if it becomes damp.
