What’s Eligible & What to Include
- Eligible brands/models: Swarovski binoculars (CL, SLC, EL, EL Range, NL Pure) and rifle scopes (Z3, Z5, Z6/Z6i, Z8i, DS).
- Condition: Any cosmetic condition accepted. Item must be genuine and functionally identifiable. Heavily damaged items may be recycled and still qualify for the fixed family value.
- Include in the box: The optic, caps, strap, mounts (for scopes), and any accessories you have. Original box/papers help but aren’t essential.
- Proof of ownership: Serial number must be visible/legible. We cannot accept items reported lost/stolen or with defaced serials.
- Shipping: Use the prepaid label we provide and pack carefully; damage in transit may delay processing.
FAQs
Can I trade against any Pulsar thermal product?
Yes — this program applies to all Pulsar thermal optics stocked by BushWear, including riflescopes, monoculars, binoculars and clip-ons.
Are the trade-in values really fixed?
Yes. Values are fixed by family to keep things fast and fair. If your item is counterfeit, has a removed/defaced serial, or is beyond functional identification, we’ll contact you before proceeding.
How long does processing take?
Once your parcel arrives with us, verification typically completes within 1–2 working days. We’ll then apply your credit and complete your Pulsar order.
What if I change my mind?
If you cancel before we apply your credit, we can return your Swarovski to you; return shipping fees may apply.
Program Terms
Trade-in values inclusive of VAT and applied as a discount against a qualifying Pulsar purchase at BushWear. One trade-in credit per Pulsar product. BushWear reserves the right to decline in cases of suspected fraud, counterfeit goods, or missing/defaced serials. Trade-ins become the property of BushWear once credit is applied.
