Read this first: this collection holds Pulsar accessories and spares only. BushWear does not currently stock complete Pulsar thermal or night vision units. If you are after a thermal riflescope or monocular, go to Night Vision & Thermal Imaging.
Which battery do you need?
Pulsar run two families and they are not interchangeable. Check the pack currently in the unit rather than going by the model name, because the same model line changed pack type across generations.
- APS packs — APS2 (2,000mAh) and APS3 (3,200mAh), with separate chargers for APS2/APS3 and for APS5.
- IPS packs — IPS7 (6,400mAh) for Trail, Helion and Digisight, IPS14 (12,800mAh) for longer sits, and the IPS 7i for the Telos XP50. The IPS charger covers the IPS family.
A spare pack is the single most useful thing you can carry on a cold night. Lithium capacity falls away sharply below freezing, so a second battery kept warm in an inside pocket will do more for your session than any other accessory here.
